1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your Auriome experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
2. Before shipping
If your kit has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team.
3. Unopened kit
If you receive your kit but have not opened or used it, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. The kit must be in its original, sealed packaging.
4. Used kit
Once a sample has been collected and returned to our laboratory, we cannot offer a refund as the analysis process has begun. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Process
To request a refund, email support@revheal.ai with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. EU consumer rights
These refund terms are in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
